60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Should you (or your cat) not be completely satisfied with any Katz-Loo product, simply return it within sixty (60) days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges, which may at times be built into the cost paid for your product). Ensure the product is in its original packaging and you’ve included a copy of your proof of purchase, then send it to the following address:

Alternatively, you may request to receive a replacement product instead of a monetary refund. You can do so by getting in touch with us.
For claims to be accepted, returns must be received by Katz-Loo within 60 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the claimant.
For returns of Katz-Loo Natural Clumping Cat Litter, all bags returned must be in original condition and unopened, except for at most one bag per order, per household.
This guarantee is in addition to other rights or remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other applicable warranty as may be offered by Katz-Loo.
Damaged or Missing Goods
In case any items from your order are missing or arrive damaged, please contact the courier delivering your order directly via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
