60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Should you (or your cat) not be completely satisfied with any Katz-Loo product, simply contact us within sixty (60) days of your purchase and request a refund. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price including the cost of shipping.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement product or store credit instead of a monetary refund—just let us know when you reach out.

For claims to be accepted, they must be received by Katz-Loo within 60 days of the date of purchase.

This guarantee is in addition to other rights or remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other applicable warranty as may be offered by Katz-Loo.

Missing Goods

If your order ships in more than one parcel (i.e. if you've ordered accessories or more than 20kg of litter) it can happen that the parcels become separated in transit and arrive over more than one delivery. No need to worry, the rest of your order will usually arrive within 1-2 business days.

If after this time the remaining parcel(s) is/are still missing, please get in touch with us so we can resolve this for you.
