Parcel Definition
One (1) parcel is equal to:
- 20kg of Katz-Loo Litter (2 x 10kg bags); or
- 1 x Katz-Pack; or
- 1 x Katz-Tray; or
- 1 x Katz-Scoop
For example, if your delivery postcode is in one of our Flat Rate Per Parcel Zones, the shipping cost for an order of 60kg of litter (6 x 10kg bags, packed up into 3 x parcels) will cost three (3) x the Flat Rate Per Parcel cost for your zone.
Shipping Cost
Every order leaves Katz-Loo within 1-2 business days after order receipt. Fast flat rate shipping to most metro and major regional areas from only $4.99 per parcel (not per order). Instant quotes for shipping to all other areas. Shipping is calculated and clearly shown to you at checkout.

If your cats live in a regional or remote area, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order and the destination suburb & post code. Regardless, the shipping cost for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment.

The more litter you buy in one transaction, the more you save!
In a nutshell, it looks like this:
- 20kg – 40kg (2 – 4 bags) : Full price, so $16.40 per bag
- 60kg – 80kg (6 – 8 bags) : Over 15% off, so $13.83 per bag
- 100kg – 180kg (10 – 18 bags) : Over 29% off, so $11.50 per bag
- 200kg + (20 bags or more) : Over 32% off, so $11.00 per bag
Shipping costs are in addition to the cost of litter.
Fast Order Processing
On receipt of your order, the team at Katz-Loo will express process it and have it ready for the courier to pick up from us within 1-2 business days. Because we’re (definitely) hanging out with our cats on weekends, orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation from us once processing is complete.

Shipping times provided above are estimates only. It may take longer to get your order to you during peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, or if transport routes are affected by circumstances outside the control of our courier partners, such as natural disasters.
Delivery Partners
Katz-Loo delivers cat litter and accessories direct to your door Australia wide using Aramex and Couriers Please. Because they’re (probably) hanging out with their cats, our courier partners do not work on weekends or public holidays. Please note that this may impact the pick-up of your order from Katz-Loo HQ and/or the delivery of your order to you.
Authority to Leave
It is a condition of sale that your order is delivered with ATL (Authority to Leave). This helps us to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Our courier partners are pros and will always leave your order in the safest possible place. If the courier driver deems that there is no safe place to leave your delivery, they will contact you to arrange re-delivery, or take your order to the closest collection point and provide details on how to collect.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Your shipping address must be a physical street address. Our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Order Tracking
When your order has been picked up from Katz-Loo HQ, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include details on which courier company is delivering your order and a tracking link. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email update when your order is with a driver for delivery and another email once delivery has been completed.
Shipping Enquiries
The quickest way to resolve any enquiries relating to the shipping and delivery of your order is to contact the courier delivering your order directly via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order ships in more than one parcel (so if you've ordered accessories or more than 20kg of litter) it can happen that the parcels become separated in transit and arrive over more than one delivery. No need to worry, the rest of your order will usually arrive within a day or two.
Please note that the team at Katz-Loo does not have access to our courier partner's systems to help you with any shipping and delivery related enquiries. In the rare circumstance that you experience any issues with shipping and delivery that the courier cannot resolve for you, please get in touch and the team at Katz-Loo will do what we can to help get your cats back in litter asap.
Warehouse Purchase
You are welcome to drop into Katz-Loo HQ in person to purchase any of our propducts. We are located in Yeronga, Queensland. Please note that this service is available by appointment only – contact us now to make a time to visit us.
